    Phy Health starts from a simple truth: pain is often misunderstood, and too many people are left without clear answers. Our origin is lived experience, clinical insight, and a conviction that musculoskeletal care needs a better path.

    For 25+ years, Robin Galaskewicz (Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology) has worked with people sidelined by pain—especially when conventional pathways fell short. His own struggle with chronic pain as an athlete became a career-long pursuit to find, not mask, the root causes of dysfunction.

    Robin’s approach is built on the kinetic chain: pain is rarely isolated. A left-sided back issue may trace to the right shoulder or hip; small misalignments compound across the body. This systems view became essential for high performers who saw surgery as a last resort.

    One realization was constant: education is as critical as intervention. People deserve to understand what’s happening in their bodies and how to reclaim agency over movement and health.

Phy turns that insight into technology. Using computer vision and AI, we quantify posture—surfaces and trends that standard assessments can miss—and translate them into plain-language reports and targeted training plans.

The approach is a practical loop: Scan → Report → Plan.

The result is helping people reduce pain risk, prevent injury, and build durable resilience over time.
